Yoohoo! It’s me again! Sorry, no time to blog recently… Well, let me keep you updated on the latest happenings (I sound like a news reporter)…Firstly, as I was walking home from school this afternoon, I spotted a rat (or a mouse? I can’t tell.) ‘walking’ on the nearby patch of grass after peering out cautiously from a bush. Imagine! No wonder they (the newspapers Life! section) said that Singapore was quite dirty…well, some places only lah… The patch of grass is near a long row of food stalls. Maybe that’s why the rat/mouse is there. Anyway, I think it’s quite cute (lol). I bet some of you must be thinking “Uggh…” right?
Oh yes, tomorrow I still gotta ‘report’ back to school at 2pm for softball training. Nah, I’m not in the softball CCA. It’s just that I joined this Inter-class Softball tournament thing with my friends…even though I’m not good at softball. But then, I think the game’s quite fun although it’s, at the same time, confusing and after training, tiring. Tomorrow we have to stay until 5pm! So late, right? And then there’s this softball announcement thingy on the whiteboard telling us to ‘be prepared to stay later’. I guess by the time I reach home, it’ll be dark already (lol)! That’s a bit exaggerating, though.
Oh, did I mention that our temporary English teacher, Miss Fatin, brought a chocolate cake she baked to school today? We were told to close the windows and the classroom door. Miss Fatin says she’s always doing illegal things (haha!). Anyway, she let us have a small slice each. As I didn’t go for recess today (due to softball training), I went back for a second helping and my friends also grabbed ‘bits and pieces’ from my cake (lol). The cake was so delicious and I was so hungry! I wish I could have eaten more (yes, I know I’m a greedy pig, heheh, can’t be helped, I’m always like that - lol!).
Oh yah, today after school, Felicia and I went to take a look at the stalls/booths set up by the various CCA groups. They were selling lots of things, like cookies, seashells, second-books and CDs (at very affordable prices), ice cream, soft toys, friendship bands, bookmarks etc, all in the name of charity. For example, if I remember correctly, there was one group that was selling things to help raise funds for Iraq Humanitarian dunno-what (Sorry! I’m not sure if the Iraq thingy is right or not). There was another which helps to raise funds for Project Hope (This, I’m pretty sure.). Yes, and Feli bought seashells, cookies (She’s very nice – she gave me some of her cookies ^_^) and a candle thingy – which is very cute because it’s in the shape of a cup (She was persuaded by a very persuasive person to buy this – lol). I bought 2 books (I am currently reading one of them now. It’s called The Waitress. It’s supposed to be a horror/ghost story.) and some cookies too. I would have liked to buy more things but then, I decided I’d spent quite a lot already (“,). Oh, today is also my turn to yan2 jiang3. The numbers are hanyu pinyin, in case you don’t know. I talked on the topic of: Names.

Yo! It's me again! Just want to say that today, Kendra, Felicia and I stayed back, meaning to do our History project but instead, landed up going to the computer lab to chat on MSN Messenger. Such a waste of time... Wah! Today, I went to buy a Peppermint bubble tea for $1 (cheap, eh?) from a bubble tea shop near East Point and it was horrible! It didn't taste like peppermint at all! Grr...such a waste of money. I didn't even finish it (Personally, I think I drank less than one quarter of the whole drink, then I threw it away). So wasteful, hoh? Ok lah, me feeling sleepy, gonna sleep soon! Good night! Will ttyl...

Well, today, 26.5.03, I had a Prefect Interview. I don't think I will pass because for most questions, I kept answering, "Ok lah..." Even I am thinking, "Er, hello? What kind of answer is that?"
The first question the friendly interviewers - they are all prefects (there were supposed to be 4 of them, but 1 left, so I was only interviewed by 3.) - asked was, "Are you willing to become a prefect?" And guess what I said??? I replied in a hesitant and dunno-how-to-describe tone, "Uh...yes?" That's so sick. When asked the same question, Xinni just said "Yes." while Xiao Tian answered enthusiastically, "Yes! I'm very willing to become a prefect." There were also questions like, "Why do you think your friend nominated you?" - I gave a stupid answer - and "If you are a prefect and you saw a senior of your CCA (for me, it was Computer Club.) not wearing her name tag, what will you do? -I said I will book her 'cuz she 'broke the school rule mah'! - plus the "What if the person breaking the rule (referring to the previous Q) is your very close friend?" I answered, "I will still book her, but I will also apologise."
There are many more, but I am too tired to think. Lucky I finished all my homework already! Oops, haven't call Caryl about this Prefect Interview thing...
Well, all I can say is, "Next time you have a similar interview, you just got to relax (I don't do what I preach - lol) and keep cool. Don't panic or you might land up saying silly answers like I did. Yipee! The interview thing is over! I can say it's a weight (quite a small one though) off my mind...Arrgh, tomorrow still have to bring the big big History project to school...Hope it won't crumple (or worse - be crushed) when I'm on the bus. Ok, guess I've typed a lot. Going to sleep soon. *yawns* Bubbye! Will try to update soon (Yah, I know I keep on saying this but who cares? :P)! Oyasumi Nasai! *runs to bed and with a 'Plop!', falls asleep (like a pig...mwhahahaha)*

Yo! It's me here again! Wah! Now the words on the computer screen which I'm looking at are sooo bIG, because there's something wrong with my computer (and restarting it doesn't help). Just want to note that today I went to Simin's house, along with Kun Hui, Felicia and Kendra. But too bad - we didn't finish our History project. But I offered to bring it home to do it and guess what - I haven't started! Hee hee! :P I know I'm very naughty but don't worry - I'll get to work soon. Tomorrow still gotta go to school... hope I can finish the project soon...Just remembered tomorrow I got Prefect Interview! (Grr...!) Wish me good luck, ok? Thanx and gtg now! Bye....
